Adult puberty is not one of them. That was creating tension in my throat, which was creating tension in my vocal cords. Make sure you\u2019re standing or sitting in a position that isn\u2019t creating any tightness. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Good Breath Support<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; are you using your diaphragm to support your breathing?
