Email notifications for new proposals cannot be stopped completely; however, you can reduce them to minimize the volume. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your Voice123 account and click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Notification Preferences <\/strong>from the options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open the drop-down menu under Your project received a new proposal.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Every time there are 20 new proposals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on Save Settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    These settings will reduce the number of emails by only notifying you when there are twenty new proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
